From first check to final decision.

One customer, followed through the platform. Each stage adds to the same record, so nothing is re-keyed and nothing is lost between teams.

  1. Onboard on evidence

A person or business arrives through a hosted journey, through your own product using the SDK, or through a no-code workflow you designed.

Documents, chips, selfies and contact details are checked, and business ownership is traced to the people behind it.

More on this stage : Onboard on evidence

  2. Screen and rate

Subjects and their owners are screened against sanctions, PEP and adverse media sources.

Findings feed a configurable risk rating that shows the contribution of every factor. Possible matches stay marked as under review until someone confirms them.

More on this stage : Screen and rate

  3. Watch what moves

Transactions are compared with each customer’s normal behaviour, and events are scored for fraud as they happen.

Device, behaviour, network and crypto signals all attach to the same record.

More on this stage : Watch what moves

  4. Investigate with agents

Alerts from every source are linked into one case. Agents gather the evidence and write up a recommendation.

Suspicious activity narratives are drafted from the case for an investigator to edit.

More on this stage : Investigate with agents

  5. Decide with four eyes

Consequential actions, such as filing, declining, exiting, blocking or confirming a match, wait for a person. Key decisions need a maker and a separate checker.

Report files are produced in goAML, FinCEN and FINTRAC formats, and each step is written to the tamper-evident audit trail.

More on this stage : Decide with four eyes

  6. Keep it current

A change in a customer’s circumstances triggers a review, and customers are asked for what is missing by SMS, email or in-app message.

Ratings are updated as new signals arrive, instead of waiting for the next scheduled review.
